Waterfront Vacation Rental Cottage 4 is just off the water with
a wonderful view of the Peconic Bay and lush green gardens
surrounding you. It’s a wonderful place for you and your
significant other to be cozy, lazy or to have some wine.
Especially with all the wineries right around the corner.
All of our cozy cottages are heated & air-conditioned. Each one
has a living room with a futon sleeper sofa, wireless internet
access and a flat screen tv with remote.
Kitchens are equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses,
silverware and modern full-sized appliances, such as electric
stove, refrigerator, freezer and microwave.
Laundry facilities are on the premises. For outdoor entertaining,
each cottage has a screened-in porch with table, chairs, an
outdoor barbecue, picnic table and outdoor water faucet.
Boat docking may be available upon request on our 365 feet of
waterfront property. Guests receive Beach Passes to 5
Designated Town Beaches at No Additional cost to you!
